Paula Estey has been a tireless warrior for art her entire life. She feels blessed by this obsession, which has taken her from poet to potter to painter and performer. PAULA ESTEY GALLERY was a divine idea that came to fruition in April 2014, as if the community of Newburyport had been holding a spot for it until it arrived! Since then, Estey has continually sought to engage and expand the dialogue between her talented roster of fine artists and the community, through a constantly changing and event-driven calendar in its bricks and mortar location and an impeccably high standard for personal service. PEG ONLINE is the forward-thinking, global model for art exchange, so long in coming and so eagerly anticipated. Estey's curatorial skills have been widely used, from pop-up art salons to public installations to jurying. For Estey, PEG ONLINE is a dream come true.
Graduating from Maine College of Art in Portland with a B.F.A. in New Media, Jessica combines her love of visual development with her other love of creating unique websites for all walks of life. She loves the complex technical and creative problems that comes with this kind of work, and developing a course of action that ensures a high quality result. Jessica's goal is to spread and help further the mission of PEG both online and offline.
Zsuzsanna has been working with Paula for more than five years, creating and curating pop ups all over the region and helping to hang each exhibition, both at PEG, Crave Restaurant in Amesbury and wherever PEG artists exhibit. Zsuzsanna’s affinity and inspiration for art comes from an adventurous spirit combined with her love of travel, architecture, nature, sometimes even the turbulent storms we encounter in our journey.
